Research Experience:

Maria Vittoria, MArch, PhD in Environmental Design, is currently researcher at Sapienza University of Rome, Italy, where she teaches in the Department of Civil, Building and Environmental Engineering. Her areas of interest are vulnerable road users needs analysis in the fields of road safety and accessibility, non motorized and PTWs modes, public transport, transit facilities and infrastructures rehabilitation, universal design, and transport policies evaluation. She is also involved in several research projects funded by the European Commission in the field of sustainable mobility.
