Research Experience:

As a Senior Quality System Engineer in a giant semiconductor company (1997-2007), I have led teams in developing, implementing and continually improving an integrated issues management system across global sites (still in use today) and presented papers in international conferences. Since joining academia for the past 12 years, my research interests have extended to mainly survival analysis (health related), quality control (specifically acceptance sampling), statistics education and recently health matters such as cancer and mental health.

I believe knowledge and skills of human are mostly agile - adopting and adapting them for optimum efficiency and effectiveness for the betterment of the world, is the real challenge.
